One where the grid is completely visible, and one where the grid is partially obscured by the terrain. and I've tried two different grid concepts. I'm using a square grid to keep things simple. I've made two forest based battle maps so far, and while they are probably 'rudimentary' at best, I think they will work for what I'm trying to do. So I'm now experimenting on making some battle maps. I have at least one new gamer that has never dealt with gaming combat, and since I'm new to 5th edition, I thought it would make things a bit easier all the way around. But I've decided to try them out for my Larysia Campaign. I've never used them before as a GM, and as a player, none of my GM's have ever used them. ![]()
